In 2015, I founded an international crewing company in Odesa, Ukraine, supplying professional seafarers for Norgas Pte., and built a business rooted in trust, performance, and global standards. Later, as an internal auditor at BW Epic Kosan, I gained a unique insider’s perspective into the operational and compliance pain points that cost the industry millions each year.

These experiences became the foundation for ARTALEX TECHNOLOGIES — a vision-driven ecosystem designed to transform the way shipping companies operate. With a strong background in .NET and C# development, I have built complex applications for international clients. I have worked on projects in logistics, healthcare, and enterprise systems, collaborated with companies like Microsoft, and contributed to product optimization for clients in the USA, Canada, and Europe. I specialize in building reliable backend solutions, designing databases, working with DevOps, and implementing modern technologies — from ASP.NET and EF Core to React and Azure cloud solutions.

At ARTALEX, I am responsible for developing and connecting the ecosystem modules, transforming the complex processes of the maritime industry into sustainable and scalable technical solutions. My mission is to create an architecture that is flexible, reliable, and ready to integrate new technologies, enabling companies to adapt quickly to the challenges of the modern market.

For over 13 years I have been working in finance and operations, building processes for international companies across Europe, Latin America, and Africa. My experience includes automating accounting and logistics, implementing BI analytics, and launching new products in global markets.

At ARTALEX, I am responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency, ensuring that all financial processes run smoothly and transparently. My mission is to assist in building scalable and reliable financial structures that enable sustainable growth, prepare the company for international expansion, and strengthen investor confidence. As Deputy CFO, I focus on detailed reporting, process optimization, and compliance, making sure that every financial decision is backed by accurate data and aligned with the company’s long-term strategy. With over 15 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and high-load systems, I have designed, deployed, and maintained production environments for international companies across the USA, Europe, and Asia. My background includes deep expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, system administration, and building fault-tolerant distributed architectures.

I have led DevOps teams, managed critical cloud migrations, optimized infrastructure costs, and built secure and scalable pipelines for enterprise products. My experience covers container orchestration, network engineering, monitoring, automation scripting, and cloud-native operations for mission-critical services.

At ARTALEX, I am responsible for the stability, automation, and reliability of the platform’s cloud infrastructure. I ensure that each module is deployed efficiently, monitored proactively, and capable of supporting high operational loads, even under unstable maritime connectivity conditions.

My focus is on building a resilient ecosystem where updates, scaling, and integrations happen smoothly and securely, enabling ARTALEX to maintain enterprise-grade performance across all environments.

With over 6 years of experience building scalable and high-performance web applications, I specialize in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend ecosystems. My background spans e-commerce, telecom, and enterprise platforms, where I’ve led projects improving load times by 30% and delivering clean, maintainable architectures.

At ARTALEX, I’m responsible for shaping the entire front-end architecture of our ecosystem — from modular design to seamless interaction between products such as INSAUD, CREWING, TECHNICAL, and DRY DOCK. My goal is to deliver interfaces that feel effortless, intelligent, and visually precise.

Crewing Module Advisor

With extensive experience in LNG, LPG, tanker, and commercial fleets — including several years at Höegh LNG — I have worked across all key areas of crew management: certification control, MLC/STCW compliance, rotation planning, performance evaluation, and preparation for inspections such as RightShip, CDI, PSC, and SIRE.

At ARTALEX, I provide industry-focused guidance for the Crewing Module, ensuring that every workflow reflects real operational practice. My role is to validate processes, optimize crew-related logic, and help transform complex maritime routines into clear, reliable, and scalable digital solutions.

My goal is to ensure that the ARTALEX Crewing Module meets international standards, supports day-to-day fleet operations, and delivers practical value to crewing managers and vessel teams.
